You are spoilt for choice with the many outdoor activities available in the area!

AQUATIC SPORTS

The pleasant breeze we have throughout the whole summer makes the waters of Lake Garda perfect for windsurfing and kitesurfing, as well as for a trip by boat or canoe. A few minutes away from "Villa Enrica" you will find the main water sports schools, where you can rent sports equipment or enroll in a course. Porto San Nicolò, right in front of our hotel, is also one of the most important diving areas on Lake Garda, and home to the only SUP (Stand up paddle) club!
Alternatively, you can of course just go for a swim and then take a nap on the beach (just a few steps from the hotel). If you want to do some thrill seeking, we would recommend to give canyoning a try: using a rope, you will descend the narrow gorges carved by the Alpine streams, between rocks and waterfalls.

CLIMBING

Choose from 16 cliffs, differing in difficulty level, length and panoramic views. The most popular rock wall route is "Ferrata dell'Amicizia" (The Iron Path of Friendship), which goes from Riva del Garda to Santa Barbara Church and continues along Mount Rocchetta with a spectacular view of the Lake from above. Besides the protected via ferratas, there are hundreds of alpine routes which can go up over 1200 meters ... a real paradise for professional climbers.

TWO WHEELS

The entire local area is covered in cycle paths, which can be used throughout the year. One minute from "Villa Enrica" you can take the cycle path that runs along the lake between Riva and Torbole, which has benches, refreshment points and restaurants along the way. Once in Torbole you can then cycle up the Sarca river until you arrive in Arco.
Alternatively, have fun on the countless MTB trails that cross the whole province! We particularly recommend the old Ponale road path and the paths leading to the wonderful Lake Tenno and Lake Ledro.

TREKKING

For those who love hiking this is the right place!
The fortified peak of Mount Brione, a protected natural area full of olive groves, can be reached following the "Path of Peace" which starts just 200 meters from "Villa Enrica". If you're after a more serious hike experience you can go to Mount Rocchetta, walk up to the "Bastion" and then go further up until you reach the tiny Santa Barbara Church from where you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view across the valley and the lake. Alternatively, you can venture to the Busatte park for a spectacular hike along the mountain ridge and walk 400 steps overlooking Lake Garda!

LOOKING FOR FOOD AND WINE SUGGESTIONS?

"Villa Enrica feel good hotel" is located on a quiet side street. The main street, which leads to Riva del Garda historic centre, is full of traditional restaurants, bars and shops. We will gladly advise you on where to enjoy the best local cuisine (in our Bistrot too!) and where to find the most representative local products: extra virgin olive oil, honey, lake fish, cheeses and meats, red, white and sparkling wines …

Interested in CULTURE?

There are many historical and cultural attractions within walking distance of the hotel. The fort of San Nicolò harbour and Mount Brione Fort are just a few steps away from us. In the town centre, the 3 November Square with its Apponale Tower, the Hydroelectric Power Station and the MAG (Museum of Alto Garda) are all worth a visit. Going just a few kilometers further out, you can visit medieval villages, towers, ramparts and castles, and renowned museums such as the MART (Museum of Modern Art) in Rovereto and the MUSE (Science Museum) in Trento.
By car or public transport, in a few hours you can also reach famous artistic cities such as Verona, Padua, and Venice!
